What we store
Your account details (name, email, phone, country), the bids and reservations you make, wallet transactions, favourites and messages in the chat. We need these to place bids for you, ship the car and keep you informed.
Cookies
unsato_session keeps you signed in (30 days). unsato_chat identifies your chat conversation when you write to us without an account. Both are functional: the site does not work without them.
Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are read, so we know what to improve. It does not see your name, email or bids. You can block it with any content blocker; the site works the same.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Auction houses and shipping partners receive only what is needed to buy and ship your car.
Your data
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: write to info@unsato.com or use the chat. Records of completed purchases are kept as long as US customs and tax rules require.
